Estoy desarrollando un plugin para la versión 2.1.0-2269-Final y
necesito que el usuario pueda visualizar y editar preferencias
relacionadas con mi plugin desde las preferencias de aplicación de
gvSIG. ¿Cómo puedo añadir una nueva entrada para poder cargar un
formulario con mis preferencias? <br>
