[Gvsig_english] package end-user applications

Hi Giovanni,
I think that it's more simple and useful the second way. In this manner
your customer will have the possibility to update gvSIG when he wants
and so to take benefits. At the same time, you and other developers
will be able to distribute other extensions without compiling all gvSIG
code everytime.
