[Gvsig_english] Gvsig and GDAL

Hi.

gvSIG will read mapinfo format. I think there are some people from the 
developers team that are already working on that, and yes, they are 
using OGR from GDAL, using JNI.

It's expected to come with gvSIG 2.0, if everything goes well.
