[Gvsig_english] gvsig - integer bug

Hi Wolfgang,

Which gvSIG version are you working with? It existed the bug you've 
described but it's already fixed. I've tested it in gvSIG 1.1.2 and it 
works well (integers in tables are shown without decimal 0).
