[Gvsig_english] WFS(-T) authentication

Hi Giovani.

The WFS-T only works with WFS 1.0 and I think your server is using WFS 1.1.

In addition, the WFS specification doesn't stablish the mechanism to 
manage the user access that has to be supported by a WFS sever. I've 
seen different servers with different implementations like:

- Add two new params (USER and PASSWORD) to the URL
- Use secure protocols like SAML/XACML

We have to know the mechanism that support the most current servers and 
we should work to support them.
