I already checked it, looks like uses two DLLs to access parallel and  
serial devices.
(Sorry, I didn´t think about reporting back...)

(Of course, if the libraries have source code available, they might be  
compiled for OS X - IF they are needed, since Macs don´t use serial  
nor parallel ports)
