[Gvsig_english] Table filter menu problem

Sergio,

I'm on Windows XP, 32bit. I have gvsig 1.1 installed, standalone, and I see
the entire filter menu. But in 1.9 (1253) the bottom half of the filter menu
is not visible. I cannot drag the edge to expand the frame.
