[Gvsig_english] Common repository for symbol definitions?

Hello Wolfgang.

Yes, you can add symbols by pasting them into that folder but taking 
some precautions: if the symbol is based on an image, both files (sym 
and image) must go together. Otherwise the symbol won't be loaded correctly.

Let us think about it. We were waiting for the importing feature but 
maybe it's a good idea not to wait, although the way the symbols are 
"imported" is a little bit complicated. A clear instructions could be 
enough.
