[Gvsig_english] Linear referencing with gvSIG carreteras extension

Dear all,
a few months ago, Antonio asked about that extension [1], but there was
no answer. I also would really appreciate, if some more information about
that extension 
would be available. Has anybody some experience regarding this extension?
Will it work for gvSIG 1.10?
Is there still any development at the moment?
