[Gvsig_english] Projektstand gvSIG/Sextante FossGIS 2011

Hello Ruth, Hello Jose,
Falk (you remember him ?) from Leipzig would like to come to assist us 
on the gvSIG-Stand. He has some experience in working with gvSIG 
connected with PostgreSQL/PostGIS databases. I will insert his name into 
the list in the gvSIG-Wiki, okay?
