[Gvsig_english] Introduction GSOC-15

Hi,
/I'm Usman Siddiqui, I'm from Pakistan and I'm currently in my 2th year 
in my BSc in Computer Science at Comsats University of Information and 
Technology  and this is my first time participating in Google Summer of 
Code.
// I have experience in several programming languages like Java, 
C/C++,Eclipse, Maven, amongst others, and some experience and knowledge 
dealing with some of the most known data structures and Algorithms. The 
project I'm considering applying is the/Port Network Analysis Extension 
using  gvSIG 2.x branch/ ////. I /am currently working on GraphHopper as 
/unit testing but one of the reasons I'm applying is to further increase 
my knowledge, like learning new languages, new ways of doing things, new 
methodologies whic/h would ultimatley made me a better engineer/ to 
solve problems in an /efficient/ manner. I would like to know if my 
background is enough to qualify for taking on this project. I would also 
benefit from some tips on how to make my proposal better as I'm still 
new to all this. //
