[Gvsig_english] Documentation for the scripting environment

Hi Silvia,

We have a very good documentation in Spanish and now we're translating 
to English.
The Spanish documentation is here:

I hope that the documentation in English is available soon (it depends 
on the collaborators; is being translated by volunteers)
