Subject: Re: [Gvsig_english] Problem in accesing the JGTools in gvsig 2.3.1

Hi Frank,

I am not able to use the JGTools from gvsig2.3.1. The errormessage points to a subfolder structure that do not exist (subfolders marked with red does not exist in the requested path "file:/C:/gvsig231/gvSIG/extensiones/org.jgrasstools.gvsig.base/lib/jt-all-1.3.1.jar!/META-INF/registryFile.jai"). See figure below.

that is actually not an error but is a warning that one of teh underlying libraries issues and we should have removed in the upcoming version. For now you can just ignore the message.

From what I see in your screenshot, it should say: java heap space.
This means that it is using more RAM memory then it is allowed to and therefore exist the process without doing anything.

In the combobox under the modules you now have 64, try to put 2000 (2 giga if you have them) and run it again. Depending on the size of your data you should be good.

Cheers,
Andrea

I have downloaded and extracted the Portable installation Win 64 bit version to C:\gvsig231 on my WIN10-machine, run the installation using the c:\gvsig231\gvsig-desktop.cmd and then added the JGTools (there were no error reports).
