It would be advantageous to have toolbars and menus customisable.<BR>
<BR>
There a quite a lot of tools that could be hidden to reduce clutter on the GUI interface.<BR>
<BR>
A good example is the multitude of selection tools - select by point, select by rectangle, select by polygon, select by line, select by circle, select by buffer, select by throwing a dog over your shoulder - these could be left in the menu and most except for a few core tools removed from the toolbar essentially simplifying the GUI and making it less cluttered.<BR>
