Simply zip the log files and send them without opening them. If they are too big, delete them, restart gvSIG and do the minimum steps until you see the problem, so the new log file will be smaller and easier to understand by us.

Hi Juan,
actually it's one polygon layer, but with 88000 polygons... it's a rather
extensive dataset comprising the whole region of Greater Munich, and it is
commonly used for overview purposes.
Thank you for the jarfile, I already executed it and typed in the connection
parameters. Apparently the connection is established but then a message
appears telling me that there are no geometries in the table. Given the
total of 88000 polygons the output would be quite large I suppose. If you
have any further suggestions I'm ready to try other tests. Thanks a lot!

Best,
Georg
--
View this message in context: http://osgeo-org.1803224.n2.nabble.com/Problems-with-printing-and-exporting-a-map-containing-data-from-a-geodatabase-tp6031316p6035754.html
Sent from the gvSIG users mailing list archive at Nabble.com.
_______________________________________________
Gvsig_internacional mailing list
Gvsig_internacional@listserv.gva.es
http://listserv.gva.es/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/gvsig_internacional
