The patch changes the default options for labels to this:<br>
* Fixed height instead of Text height field<br>
* 8 units of height instead 10<br>
* Fixed color instead of color field<br>
* Use pixels as units instead of meters<br>

I don't change the option "In the world"/"Print layout" as i don't<br>
really understand it.<br>
<br>
As this change affects the default behaviour of gvSIG i open the<br>
discussion to the list to see if there are different opinions or new<br>
suggestions to this before really change it.<br>
