I'm not sure that phone cache is able to run on gvSIG 1.11, at the
beginning it was developed for gvSIG 1.1.2. Besides that, maybe it's
easier for you to use directly the tileraster library from the
command line [1]<br>

seems to work except the blue marble showing in the data frame I can
select areas of the blank screen and the coordinates change, but this
is not a good solution. Then we tried to import other layers from
other wms servers but we were unsuccessful.
The hardware that we are using is as follows:
Processor: AMD Phenom XII 555
Memory: 4.0 GB
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 260
OS: Windows XP
I copied the error log in the attached text document
