Hi,<br>
<br>
one of the things Maven is useful is for automatically downloading
remote dependencies. I cannot give you many details about Maven but
if you take a look at those "pom.xml" at the root of each project
you'll see a list of dependencies of each project, and some
configuration of plugins to build, release, test, etc. the Java
project.<br>
<br>
So Maven it's a tool that makes easy building Java projects, but has
also many "detractors"... As we currently cannot use it to resolve
dependencies I've uploaded a zip with all the dependencies needed by
gvSIG Mini at [1], so anybody willing to build the workspace could
take them and set the build path of the projects manually.<br>
<br>
Sorry I can't help you much more...<br>
<br>
Regards.<br>

<div id="yiv1609796448"> I missed just one more thing... The
maven repository for gvSIG Desktop <br>
is being migrated to another server, so at the moment any
maven <br>
dependency with gvSIG desktop artifacts cannot be
resolved.
<br>
<br>
There are two options:
<br>
<br>
1. Download every single dependency with a gvSIG desktop
project and <br>
install them locally with maven.
<br>
2. Wait until the migration to the new maven repository is
finished :P
<br>
<br>
Sorry for the inconvenience.
