Maybe the standard installation does not have this plugin. You can
install it using the menu tool option "Addons manager " and select
the installation from url. The list of plugins has the one "Format:
PostGIS raster format support"<br>

Thank you for your reply. But i have not a "Postgis Raster" tab in
my "Addlayer" dialog. I send you a SS representing my "Addlayer
dialog". <br>
I have a GeoDB tab (for manage Postgis vectors i imagine) but no
"Postgis raster". <br>
