I want to take a file like this, wd_bas30s_po.shp, that comes from <a href="https://www.hydrosheds.org/">
https://www.hydrosheds.org/</a>, and sum up the population data from this file, popc_1800AD.asc, which comes from the HYDE database.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
