Es decir, cuando la añades a una vista en UTM en gvSIG, aparece correctamente ubicada en el mapa? Si es así, lo que debes hacer no es georreferenciarla sino solamente reproyectarla a EPSG:4326.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=3 face="Times New Roman">Si la imagen con cuadrícula UTM no está georreferenciada, debes georreferenciarla usando como base un mapa en UTM, y después reproyectarla a EPSG:4326, pero no puedes georreferenciar directamente la imagen UTM sobre un mapa en EPSG:4326.</FONT></DIV>
