lo siguiente: tengo una capa ráster con valores que van de 0 a 3, con celdas
de una hectárea (100x100). Lo que me han pedido es obtener una nueva capa
cuyas celdas tengan un valor igual al suyo propio más el de las 8 celdas
colindantes. ¿Eso es posible? He estado revisando todo el Sextante pero
no encuentro nada para eso.</font>
