Buenos días, Miguel:<br>
Cuando creas una vista nueva, puedes decirle el sistema de
coordenadas en las propiedades de la vista.<br>
<br>
Cuando añades una capa, tras seleccionar el SHP, verás que en la
lista de capas a añadir pone "CRS desconocido. Se asume
[CRS_de_la_vista]". Esto quiere decir que si no le decimos nada va a
asumir el mismo CRS que el que tiene la vista.<br>
En esa misma ventana, verás que hay un botón "Propiedades" que si lo
pulsas mostrará un cuadro de texto donde modificar algunos
parámetros de la carga de capa, entre ellos el CRS. Haciendo esto,
la capa se reproyectará al vuelo.<br>

IGN y la Junta de Andalucía, me ha surgido un problema
pues al abrir los documentos en gvsig 2.2 los del IGN se
encuentran en coordenadas geográficas con datos en
sexagesimales, mientras que los de la Junta aparecen en
coordenadas UTM. Con esta situación ambas capas no se
superponen en una misma vista si no que se muestran como
si x e y estuvieran en el mismo sistema de coordenadas,
es decir, gvsig toma los valores de latitud y longitud
como x e y.<br>
