[Gvsig_desarrolladores] Command line usage?

Hi.
I need to use some gvSIG functions via command line - I just need to:
1. convert some DGN files into SHPs via command line using your library (ogr2ogr exports it wrong)
2. get extents of a DWG file
Can you give me some guidance please? I tried to read your Scripting documentation but I am a bit confused about it. Does any other documentation exist? Is it possible to run scripts somehow without running the gvSIG GUI?
I need it for my school project - it will be used in a CAD projecting company then as a part of a web application solving their projects metadata. If I could run it, I will surely add some nice gvSIG advertisement on the website :)
