[Gvsig_desarrolladores] Error en compilacion

Estoy compilando gvsig 1.1.2 y me presenta el siguiente mensaje de error:

  [echo] Compiling GDBMS...
compile:
    [javac] Compiling 275 source files to C:\gvSIG-1_1_2-src\libGDBMS\bin

BUILD FAILED
C:\gvSIG-1_1_2-src\appgvSIG\build.xml:316: The following error occurred
while executing this line:
C:\gvSIG-1_1_2-src\libGDBMS\build.xml:159: Unable to find a javac compiler;
com.sun.tools.javac.Main is not on the classpath.
Perhaps JAVA_HOME does not point to the JDK

no se en donde tengo que configurar algo para corregirlos, por favor si
pueden ayudarme
