[Gvsig_desarrolladores] Problemas para crear un instalable de gvSG

Hola 


Estoy tratando de crear un instalable de gvSIG siguiendo las instrucciones
de este link:

Todo me sale bien hasta que ejecuto uno de los targets /window /o /linux/,
mostrándose el siguiente error en la consola de Eclipse:

java.io.IOException: Cannot run program

Estoy trabajando con window7
