[Gvsig_english] Papers of the II International Free Software Conference (Málaga 2006) available

Hi, the papers of the II International Free Software Conference, 
celebrated on February 15th, 16th and 17th (2006) in Málaga are 
available to download from the web page in the "Articles and reports" 
link at the "Downloads" section 
(http://www.gvsig.gva.es/ingles/descargasw/articulosponencias.htm). This 
talk was part of the "Experiencias de uso de software libre en la 
administración pública" (Experiences in the use of Free Software at the 
public administration).

In the other hand, the Valencian Government participated in a stand in 
which, among other projects, gvSIG was shown to the public. With the 
demonstration in several computers, we gave a presentation in which the 
main features and functionalities of gvSIG. This demo is also available 
in the web page.
