[Gvsig_english] Partial update gvSIG 0.6.1 available.

gvSIG 0.6.1, a partial update of gvSIG 0.6, is now available for 
download in which some problems detected by our users have been fixed, 
so it is possible to working normally with the application.
As usual, it can be downloaded from the Download section section of the 
http://www.gvsig.gva.es/index.php?id=1283&L=2 web page.
*Warning*: to install the partial update you must have gvSIG 0.6 
correctly installed.

- New features:
            - The program has been adapted for accepting an argument 
defining GVP project filename. So, it is possible to load a project by 
double-clicking on a gvp file.
            - New feature to save position of windows in the project has 
been added. So now, when the project is opened again, the windows will 
be displayed in the same position and size that they were in the last 
time the project was opened.

- The fixed bugs are:
            - When accessing to a net drive (local net) to load a layer 
and the associated data files have no write permissions, the application 
can open neither the data table nor the layer properties. Now, the 
application now opens will open these files as read-only mode.
            - When a Map is added into a space reserved to a View but no 
View is selected, then the error console raises and throws and error.
