[Gvsig_english] gvSIG 1.0-rc3 (unstable) now available. New supported platform: Mac OS X.

Hi,

gvSIG has published a new distribution (unstable) of the version 1.0, 
the gvSIG 1.0-rc3. The second release candidate is product of the 
stabilization process of this version.
As usual, it is available from the download section in the web page 
(http://www.gvsig.gva.es/index.php?id=1308&L=1&L=2 
<http://www.gvsig.gva.es/index.php?id=1308&L=1&L=2>).
The main novelty in this release in the addition of Mac OS X, in both 
the Intel and PPC versions, as the third hardware/software platform 
officially supported by gvSIG. Therefore, together with the binaries for 
Windows and Linux, users will now find the binaries for Mac OS X and 
will be able to get official gvSIG support as users of this operating 
system.

New features in this distribution:
– *WMS Service*: If the WMS Server has a legend available for a layer, 
this legend is now shown in the TOC.
– *Internationalization: *Chinese has been added to the choice list of 
user interface languages for the application.
– *WFS Service*: A new tab has been added to the WFS loading dialog to 
apply filters in searches.
– *Editing: *Options to start and finish editing have been added to the 
layer context menu that opens with the right mouse button.

Problems fixed in this distribution
– *WCS Service:* Opacity control didn’t work for this kind of layer.
– *Opening projects: *When loading a 0.6.1 project saved with an open 
view, the view remained closed.
