I forward a mail from Olivier Ertz (leader for Carthema 5 project). He has
some problem with the mailing list.

Dear all,
I'm wondering if it's planned to provide a translation of Javadoc API
reference in the 1.0 final release ?
This is quite important for a project fully open to collaboration.

What is the position of gvSIG team about this ?
