[Gvsig_english] Problem with map creation

Maybe there is a bug in the library we use to import SVG files (batik).
I was able to open that image with Inkscape, but not with gvSIG.
However, I saved the same image with Inkscape, and I was able to open
this new image with gvSIG.
Maybe this is a good workaround for you while we discover the problem
with OpenOffice SVG files.
