[Gvsig_english] Some information about gvSIG

Hola Francisco,

>From what you said I realized that the addition of new reference system is a
coding activity,  that is therisn't a  configuration file in which I can
add new reference system and information about the conversion of it in other
reference system but probably I should add a new class that implement some
Reference System Interface...
It's correct what I thought?
