[Gvsig_english] wish: resizable windows

Hi list,
I think it would be nice, if the "subwindows", such as the layer properties 
dialogue would be resizable. If you look at this window, you will see that 
the "properties" field contains two scroll-bars. One has to use them to see 
the full content of that field. Resizability would make things more 
comfortable. It's a wish, but it could be a little improvement.
