[Gvsig_english] compiling prerequisites

Hi everyone,
I'm going to try the recompiling of the entire gvsig, for some personal
purposes. As I've seen it's a huge source code, and I can't see if all the
prerequisites for the task are self-contained in the downloadable source.
Could someone help me in configuring correctly the workspace inside Eclipse
to run the compilation?
Is it a too complex question?

P.S. Has the gvsig exe binary been created with launch4j?
