[Gvsig_english] Export raster to geoTIFF

Hello,

Now gvSIG includes the tool for Saving Georeferenced Raster, in geoTIFF 
and other formats, which allows you to save a part of the View, saving 
the RGB values from their pixels.

In next version of gvSIG, it will be a new operation: Export layer to 
Raster. This new tool exports the whole layer, also in geoTIFF format, 
saving different kinds of values that the original layer might content.
