[Gvsig_english] problems installing gvsig without prerequisites

Currently, the recommended Java version to run gvSIG is 1.4.2. Using JRE
1.6 is not recommended, and you will face several problems if you use it.

So, you should...
-either install gvSIG with JRE bundled (this will not uninstall any of
your already installed JREs.
-or install JAI in your already installed 1.4.2 versions.
