[Gvsig_english] gvSIG eclipse plugin

Yeah, it's possible to misunderstand me purpose. My purpose is to
said, an eclipse plugin of gvsig development with commercial license
is not so important to became a problem and I raise: if someone it's
interested we can create an OpenSource alternative...
