[Gvsig_english] Raster pilot and CRS (Cordinate Reference System) extensions are now available in gvSIG

At present on my linux box after installing the raster pilot extension I 
can't set transparency by color in raster images anymore as I could do 
before, while the CRS plugin is working great! Nice job!
