[Gvsig_english] Geoprocessing tools::xy-shift, union with no result

Hi list,
regarding the xy-shift-function, I had the impression that actually no shift
is applied to the theme. I have specified x and y values within the dialogue
of this function (1000 for x, 0 for y), but the resulting layer just sits on
top of the source theme (which was a polygon theme, though).
Regarding the UNION-function, there's a similar result: no intersections are
made, the result will contain only the borders of the first theme, but
contains also the columns of the second input theme (with 0-values, however).
Maybe I am doing something wrong... Or not?

Best regards,
Wolfgang
