[Gvsig_english] Geoprocessing tools::xy-shift, union with no

Hi Wolfgang,
I think you are using the JCRS extension on your gvSIG 1.0.1. We have
detected some problems with JCRS extension and Geoprocessing tools.
These problems has been solved, so in the next release of gvSIG you can
use both extension without problems.
