[Gvsig_english] gvSIG extension development question

Hi list,
I am beginning to develop some simple extension and I would know if you
planned to develop backward compatible version of gvSIG;
that is when I upgrade gvSIG Is it possible that the extension stop to work
because the library (FMap for example) that the extension use have been
modified?
Besides I searched in source code for creation of gvSig package (izPACK
creation) but there isn't nothing,
Is it possible to provide also the tool configuration that you use for
generate the package? or aren't they released as GPL resources?
