[Gvsig_english] gvSIG now connects to Oracle Spatial_bis

Hi mario,

Thanks for this good job.
I tried to install the Oracle client, but I received an error message 
shown here (or attached).

The version of gvSIG running on my desktop is gvSIG 1.0.2 installed with 
all prerequisites (JAI/O ...)
The OS is Windows vista.
