[Gvsig_english] GeoBD + driver oracle, Acces refuse

Hello, Price.
 
Seems like the problem has to do with Windows Vista user accounts capabilities. As for now, try this to properly execute the installer:
 
1. unzip the file on your hard drive,
2. open a DOS command window as an administrator and move to the folder where the zip file was unzipped,
3. type directly the content of the BAT file:
 
java -jar ext-jdbc.jar
 
This should start the installer without restrictions.
