[Gvsig_english] Helping with translations

Hi,

Thanks for the offering. I'm afraid that we are now supporting 2 digit code for the language (ISO 639-1 I think).

As a matter of fact, we have the same problem with spanish. There are big differences among the language spoken in Argentina, Mexico and Spain for instance. We've also had political problems with some people from Brazil, because the language code is 'pt' (portuguese), with no reference to Brazil :-(

Maybe adding support for language codes with an ab_CD format (ab: ISO 639-1 language code, CD: ISO 3166 country code) it's a good feature to ask for future versions. I'll suggest it.
