I think you should change the projection system of the view before adding the layers.
When adding the layers get sure you select the projection system the shapefile is using.

 Hi!

I am working with gvSIG and I found some problems. Can you help me?
I am sending you the files.
The files that are in WORD show the problems when I open one table, for
example, and when I change the projection system.

 The last problem was:
1- I added the shapes to create a new view;
2- I changed the projection system to SAD69 (projection used in Brazil);
3- I got to work in this view normally until I close the project;
4- In the next day, when I open my project, the view appeared distorced as
show on the attached file:

I haven´t gotten to discover yet what is this and every time, I have to add
the shapes again.

I hope that you can help me.
