[Gvsig_english] geoBD extension for gvSIG version 1.1?

Hello Otto,

gvSIG 1.1 already includes geoBD inside. You don't have to install it as 
a separate extension.
You'll see that now there is a new GeoBD label when you open the Add 
Layer window.
