[Gvsig_english] problems regarding csv-import function of gvSIG

Hi all,

However, it should be a preference page in the preferences where it 
would be possible to define which is the separator character to be used, 
isn't it? It would be nice if you can test if it is present and working 
because otherwise it is something to keep in mind as a bug.
