[Gvsig_english] FOSSGIS 2008 in Freiburg /Germany

Hello,

thanks to everybody for the contributions. I'll move this decission to the Technical Committee as well as the PSC, so that we can decide about it.

I'd like to point out that as far as I know, gvSIG will not open the SVN because it's an OSGeo incubation requirement (only), but also because at gvSIG we think it's a good and necessary step to be done. So it's good to see that OSGeo requirements and gvSIG ones are aligned.
