[Gvsig_english] gvsig 1.9 and georeferencing

Hi list,
I discovered that gvSIG 1.9 does not include a georeferencing function at the 
moment. As writtern earlier, the georeferencing function of gvSIG 1.1.x does 
not allow rubber-sheeting. Therefore, I would like to ask you, whether this 
function will be added to the next version or why georeferencing has been 
removed from 1.9.
