[Gvsig_english] AW: Install problems on Ubuntu 8.10

Thanks to everyone who replied.  I was able to get gvSIG working by editing
the /etc/environment file as suggested, then rebooting.  I just completed my
first map using gvSIG.  Thanks again to all.
